I stupidly decided to order a salad vignette wearing a white shirt - someone bumped my arm - and boom - big stain on white shirt. I thought about trying to deal with it myself but then just gave it to DH to take to the dry cleaner's... Well, it came back with the stain and a nice note saying that special attention was given to the stain but that it couldn't be removed. Today I squeezed a bleach gel pen into the stain, ran a load of whites with regular bleach - and badda bing badda boom, stain gone!!!
Moral of the story - sometimes it just isn't worth paying extra $$$ for professionals to do an unprofessional job!

Wish you did. I told DH to make sure that we didn't pay... but he was juggling so many things and they put their fancy sticker on the garment saying that they had done all that they could do... so I'm not sure what happened.
