It has MUCH bigger wheels -- more of an all terrain stroller than the city mini which is not really a jogger.
Heavier and bigger, as can be expected to support the frame and wheels.
Adjustable handlebar which City Mini is lacking.
The City Mini is a car stroller. This is a walking stroller.
