I have used this recipe for both and both are yummy!!!
Fish – tilapia (whitefish)
Chicken Bonless
(Use one of the other)
Flour (mixed with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika)
Eggs (one per serving)
Fry pan with oil (med heat)
Brown one side; flip for 2 sec and then sprits with white wine
Put in casserole dish. Once all are complete sprits with more wine
Or with fish to differ… put salsa on top of fish…
Bake 400 for 10 –12 min
*Variation for chicken* Dip in flour mixture above and then dip in egg..
after that dip in Diced Almonds
do the same!

I have a tasty fish recipe.
tilapia or salmon are good to use for this recipe, in a skillet put peeled fresh tomatoes or canned with a little bit of water let it heat through than add salt, pepper not too much table spoon sugar, cilantro fresh and some white cooking wine let it all cook well together so the flavors blend than add fish and let it cook. comes out very yummy
