Beef and Potato Pie
ground beef
instant potatoes or cooked white potatoes
can of corn, or leftover corn
You brown the meat in a small pan and add some black pepper and a tsp of chili powder or curry. Add the corn and pour into baking dish.
Make 2-3 cups of mashed potatoes and layer on top of meat.
Bake about 20 minutes at 375, then broil for a couple of minutes until brown.
