which kosher restaurants in Philly are chalav yisrael/pas yisroel/glatt? there is a long list, but I am not familiar with the local hechshers...and would love to check them out next week when we go on vacation.

any recommendations beyond kashrus?

mama's vegetarian was parve/pas yisroel the last time I was there. It's basically falafel, etc. and downtown (if you happen to be downtown).

I've heard there's something dairy (dunno if it's still around) I think near Bala Cynwynd (sp?)
