I can't decide whether to eat it or make pineapple chicken. I only have the one.

I'd eat the pineapple, you can use canned for cooking.

I agree, definitely eat it. In cooking, it'll add only a little to the flavor, whereas fresh you can taste it much better.

I wouldn't dream of wasting a fine fresh fruit by cooking it. Especially not something as pricey as a pineapple.

I got a cantelope but no pineapple. Cut it up in chunks and enjoy.

Slice into rounds, sprinkle a little brown sugar and cinnamon on it and broil/grill them... serve hot with ice cream or alone...
