I got beer too - will be donating it to tomchei shabbos....

I tried last time to use the beer in our house by making slow cooked meat - I ended up throwing it out. It was that bad and VERY expensive!!!!!!!

None of our beers are in cans. The beer can chicken recipes is out.

Well, you could pour it INTO soda cans; the recipe I got actually suggested that, but its too much work for me.

Try recipezaar for other recipes using beer.

Or just pass it on to friends who like beer.

You can try this. Is quite simple and it freezes well

[align=center]Empanada Atún
for the dough:
1 can of beer
the same amoun of oil (I use 3/4)
1 tsp of salt
3 tablespoons of ketchup
Flour

mix all the ingredients until u get a smooth dough

for the filling:
3 cans of tuna
sliced green olives
1 small red peper in tinny pieces
1 small onion in tinny pieces
2 T of oil
1 tsp salt

fry the pepper, the olives and the onions in the oil . Add the tuna and cook it about 5 minutes.

Extending with the roller the half of the dough, fill it with the half of the filling and roll the dough folling the ends to the inside. Brush it with egg yolk.

You coul also make empanadas shape. just make a circle fill it with a spoon filling and close it half.

Oven 350º for 1 hour
