I am always trying to copy the salad they give you when you come in, I've gotten pretty close, but does anyone have any idea what goes in there?

I make a slaw, generally carrots, cucumbers, cabbage (sometimes kohlrabi but I am sure they don't use it) and add this dressing:
mayo
soy sauce
ginger
garlic
sugar
I was thinking maybe cilantro? I haven't been there in a while.
