My mother made smoothies for yom tov and needs them to store overnight so she could serve for lunch tomorrow. how can she store them so that they will remain in that blended smoothie texture for tomorrow? please help.

it won't have a smoothie texture unless you use the blender right before serving....not sure there's anything you can do about it. The blender whizzes up all those air bubbles, which deflate pretty soon after you blend it.

I would just turn the smoothie mixture into ice pops for the kiddies. They're really good that way.
