bugaboo frog. phil & ted's vibe for a double. I like both very much.
We don't have a car so folding isn't my 1st consideration, but the vibe folds really nice & compact for a DOUBLE & the wheels come off really easily if you want to make it more compact.
Both my strollers (single & double) wheel really light & smooth even w/ both kids in it.
