I'm too exhausted to even think
and please no chicken my son is on strike

personal pizzas? Take a store bought wrap and top it with sauce, vegies (mushrooms, olives...) and shredded cheese. Pop it into the toaster.

hamburgers? buy patties and lots of toppings like avacado, onions, tomatoes with a bag of frozen french fries.

-Falafel (buy frozen balls, pitta, chumus and cut up an israeli salad)
you can serve alone or with french fries ect

-Mac and Cheease

-Hot dogs and hamburgers (on the george foreman) with buns, firies, cleslaw

-Frozen pizza

-Omlettes

- Salmon and frozen green beans...
put green beens on bottom put salmon on top... mix up mayo, ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder... pour over salmon and green beens.. baked covered for 1 hour

-grilled cheease

-tuna wraps

-meat sauce and spagetti or rice
(crumble up ground beef, brown in frying pan with a little oil, pour in tomato or marianara sauce and cook on low for a few minutes... pour over rice or spagetti)

-deli sanwiches

-grilled chicken salad...
grill a few pcs of shnitzel on george foreman and cut up pour over bag of lettuce and use store bought honey mustard dressing
