I usually have heavy periods and leak alot. I've tried everything on earth...It's b''h getting better.
NOW: My nightgown and linen have blood stains and it's soo stubborn. I tried soaking it and it doesnt come out.
ANY IDEAS??

or spray on some Zout,let it sit for a few minutes and wash with cold water.

first soak it in tide (t. with bleach) overnight
if it still doesnt work zout helps wonders for all types of stains
sometimes u gotta rub the stain a bit, rinsing isnt always enough.

I've posted this before: windex works wonders. Just spray it (generously) on the stain (even bloodstains that were previously washed and dried) and rub it in. Spray some more and wash as usual. You will start to see the blood stain dissolving right when you spray the windex.

I tried your Windex trick today on a blood stain, and it worked like magic! Thanks so much!

I'd love to know what helped you with your periods. Since I had my baby I have such heavy periods and it's driving me crazy. Any advice would be appreciated.

peroxide, ammonia directly on spot, zout and nature bright.

OP here
I wash my my stained clothing/linen the next morning. I sprayed Shout and dumped it in the machine. I find that the longer u let it sit the harder it gets to remove it.
