every time I make shnitzel for shabbos day, it ends up soggy instead of crispy. I have tried many things to make it better. any ideas?? thanks!!

Let it cool uncovered. I find if I cover it before it's cool, it gets soggy. I hope that helps.

Fry it for longer! I always do it for long so it will be crispy- my husband likes it when the outside looks almost burnt
