I had a motorola smartphone and now I have a palm centro. I can sync both to the computer, but how do I get the info from the smartphone to the palm?

I dont know if this applies to your plan, but verizon has an option called BACKUP ASSISTANCE. It saves your contacts and updates it every night.

when I had to switch phones with sprint, due to my battery constantly dying, they offered for free to "sync" my contacts into my new phone.
they might charge like $10. but they do it for free if you sign up with their plan...

When I switched phones, the store did it for me right then and there. They plugged both phones (old and new) into a little machine, and it was done within 10 minutes.
