I'm agnostic on the "h" at the end; I don't think it adds anything, but it doesn't detract. However, just so you know, the double "l" changes the pronunciation from "teh-hee-lah" to "teh-hill-ah" and I doubt you'd do that intentionally.
I know most Jews who see it will know instinctively how to pronounce it, and most non-Jews will get confused either way, btu I always prefer to use the orthographically correct spelling when possible.
