Raisin's Meat Sauce
cut up onion
ground beef
cut up mushrooms
cut up green pepper
one large tomato, cut up
some garlic
some black pepper
some parsley and/or Italian seasoning
jar or can of tomato sauce or can of tomatoes, diced or pureed
dry red wine if you're into that
You sautee your onion in some olive oil and add your vegetables. When they are starting to soften, add your meat and crunch it up well. After it start to brown a little, add your spices, tomato sauce and wine. Let cook about 45 minutes.
Mmmmmmmmm
