I want to bake minute steak today. I need a recipe so that the steak stays soft not dried out. Should be rather spicy than sweet. Thanx!

Put sliced onions under steak in a pan. Use any spicy sauce that you like and cover meat with that.
Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 2-3 hours.
