How can I make pepper steak slices.?
We don’t use sugar,honey,potato starch or any spices besides Salt.

Sauté onions until soft and carmelized, probably hour-hour n half.
Salt the meat slices, add it the pan, pour in a bit of wine or orange juice (freshly squeezed)and cook 5-7 min each side.

You will likely need to cook the pepper steak low and slow for about 2.5 hours in order to soften this lean meat.
