Here are "Dovi's Worms", named after the little boy who wanted to eat some of the "worm salad." LOL

They are family friends from before I was married, but now my husband also asks me to make "Dovi's Worms!"

Cook the angel hair pasta.

Mix:
equal amounts of soy sauce and toasted sesame oil, as well as some balsamic vinegar.
Add lots of sesame seeds, whip, taste and pour over the hot pasta.

Flip a closed container with the pasta and dressing inside back and forth a few times to coat the noodles. Let it sit for a while to absorb.

Sometimes I have luck mixing this... sometimes not so much. But when it works, it's great! Sorry I don't have exact measurements for the dressing.

mine is similar to bas chabad

I saute garlic cut into small matchsticks size pieces in oil (around 1/2 a cup) when garlic is brown I add same amt of soy sauce and pur over the cooked angel hair pasta. add sesame seeds and mix.

my kids actually like this

if I make it often, I double the oil and soy sauce and put half in the fridge for next time.

dont swamp the pasta with the sauce
