would u bake this covered or uncovered?
LO Mien:
half pack spagetti
chicken in small pieces
dip chicken in corn starch or flour
fry for 1 or 2 minutes... See More... See More
put lokshon in 9x13 pan
add chicken
add vegtables frozen pepper baby corn mushrooms whatever
half cup soy sauce
quater cup oil
3 cloves crushed garlic or powder
mix together bake for 1 hour

I'd cover it, you don't want the spaghetti to get dried out and crispy. The spaghetti would be cooked first, right?

yea the spaghetti is cooked...I ended up covering for 1st half hr then uncover for 2nd half hr and the top did get a little dried out...thnax
