My son also just stopped taking bottles. We bought him a sippy cup and he didn't like that either. Now what I do is I take out the valve from the sippy cup, so the formula just pours into his mouth. It's a little messy, but at least he's drinking. He doesn't drink nearly as much as what he drank from the bottle, but the doctor said that as long as he has 2-3 wet diapers a day and eats his solids (which are mostly water), then he's ok. Good luck!

How old is your baby? Did he ever take a bottle? If he is only nursing then maybe try the Adiri bottle it is meant for babies that won't take a bottle.
