I couldn't muddle through it, honestly, IIRC. I think this is the one I tried to read in seminary but it was translated and it just didn't go smoothly...could be if you aren't makpid on how English sounds as a non-native reader, it wouldn't be as bad...but I don't recall if I finished it to remember if I liked the plot.
