does anyone know if its safe to dye your hair when your nursing and if so what dye does anyone recommend for a good home dye job?

Henna is made from herbs and is safe anytime.

Every Dr. will have there on veiws on this but. Most are fine with it.
Henna is 100 percent safe. (it just has a very bad smell)

I asked about pregnancy and nursing, I was told totally safe.

I was told first trimester not and first forty days after giving birth. I knew about the first trimester but not anything else. She was about to start on me a few weeks after I had the baby and when she heard it was wthin forty days, she refused to do it.
