searching for easy chewy chocolate chip cookies please!

I just made some last night.
I use:
1 cup (2 sticks) of margarine, softened in the microwave
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
10 oz chocolate chips
Mix the margarine and sugars together. Then add vanilla and eggs and mix well. Then add baking soda and flour, and finally after it's all mixed together, the chocolate chips. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350, to make them chewy, bake until just browned.
I sometimes substitute one stick of margarine for a 1/2 cup of peanut butter and it turns out super yum!

here's a good recipe:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
drop of salt
mix well, form into two logs, bake until light brown and then cut into sticks.
(makes 2 logs- 20-25 cookies)
