I have a rachel wig ,not from a sale, those are a diffrent quality. The back hair still has some life left to it. Anyhow, I am looking to replace the skin top, and the hair around the face, its really dry and yucky.
Does anyone know someone who can do this well and at a reasonable cost?

Where are you located? How old is the wig? Generally speaking, once the texture of the hair fibers are shot, the wig is basically kaput. Freeda has someone in their showroom that repairs wigs. So does Claire. But, is it worth it? I suggest you get an estimate first. Hashem should bless all Jewish women with financial abundance (so they can comfortably afford all the shaitels their heart desires.)

Maybe it does pay to give it some sort of treatment, so you have it to wear in the rain and as an extra/shmatta sheital.
