Dumplings
• 1-2 eggs
• pinch of salt
• flour
Lightly beat the eggs. Add a pinch of salt.
Mix eggs with flour, mixing as you add the flour, until you reach the consistency of a matzo ball mixture.
Drop by tiny teaspoonfuls into boiling water salted water, or soup.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
(If adding to soup, drop these in 10 minutes before soup is done.)
