4-6 lb. pickled corned beef
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
3 T. apple cider vinegar
2 T margarine, melted (I either leave it out or use a drop of oil)
1 T mustard
Boil corned beef for a few hours until tender. Cool meat. Slice when cool. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Cook until smooth. Pour over sliced meat and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Increase amount of ingredients for a larger roast.
