I never noticed that my baby snores till ppl pointed it out to me. now that I noticed I do realize that she really is a terrible snorer. she is 10 months old. I know that she has a very high palet (maybe it gives less place in the nose cavity and therefore she is snoring)
do you think I should be concerned? I hate going to the dr.

There are a few things that could be the problem, but due to your child's young age, the doctors won't be able to do much (generally they wait until the child stops growing).
I would take the baby to an ears, nose and throat specialist for an exam. If it's the adenoids then they could operate and your child's breathing and overall health will be much better (my cousin had that with her youngest - a pale, skinny little thing until he had his adenoids removed - he's about 10 months old. Now his color is much healthier, he sleeps better because he can BREATHE!).
It may be other things, but an ENT will be able to tell diagnose the baby and give you all your options.
