DH is always complaining how the fridge is too empty. I have condiments, fruits and vegetables, drinks, eggs, cheese... What do you keep in your fridge?

Leftover supper or food for ds like meatballs, sweet potatoes. Sometimes spreads like tuna, babaganoush, peanut butter. american cheese, cottage cheese, margarine, condiments, fruits, veggies, drinks, eggs, apple sauce.

Is he hungry? Maybe you should keep cut up fruits or veggies with dips in there or make your own tuna or burgers or whatever to keep in there so he can eat if he's hungry.

If there isn't prepared food in there my kids complain there is nothing to eat. They are old enough to cook something or put something together. (in a way I relate, sometimes I go looking for something and I'll think there is nothing to eat)

We always have yogurt and cheese. Cereal and milk is good if someone is really hungry.

Do you have kids who eat real food yet? If you do, the you have to tell me how you keep the fridge so clear!! My fridge is always overflowing with yogurts, different cheeses, spreads, sauces, tons of fruits and veggies drinks, prepared lunches, leftovers, raw food to cook for dinner, etc...

Is your dh hungry and looking for food? Ask him what else he would like to see stocked in the fridge?

Ask your dh what he wants. Don't just keep food in there to mold and be wasted.

agreed. Some people feel like having a clean fridge means they don't have money for food. I think it just means you don't have any leftovers that day...

If he's hungry and wants to have prepared food ask him what he likes to eat reheated from the fridge.
