sunday when I will cook it? If I buy it tomorrow, can I refrigerate it? or do I still have to freeze it? It tastes better when I don't freeze it raw. What do you do?
eta, do you think supermarkets in Brooklyn will have fresh meat on sunday?

No. Which is why I don’t get why people are telling you u have to freeze the meat. I would put in the coldest part of my fridge.

If you buy tomorrow it's fine to refrigerate. More than two days is questionable.

I once asked my store if I should freeze or put in the refrigerator for a day. I was told to rather freeze.

Kehilla butcher I think still delivers on Sunday. You can call them to double check.

I bought my chicken today and froze it. 1-2 days in the fridge is the usda recommendation for store bought raw meat. They tend to be more stringent than necessary. But, Idk about you but I don't want to risk it as Sunday is 3 days away and unless it was bought frozen like Empire sometimes is it may go bad.
