has anyone done the 2 month old cinch diet? I just ordered the book and I'm looking forward to get exited about the latest diet do it and hope to lose weight as opposed to lose 9 lbs then cheat and gain it back as my pattern has been..

Can you share a few details about the Cinch diet you're referring to, OP? I mostly would like to know what foods are allowed or not allowed on the program. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

hi, I actually did not get the book yet I missed today's delivery so as soon as I read it and know the details I'll be glad to post them but I read great reviews about it , from the sound of it it seems attainable and it doesn't deny that much in fact a piece of dark chocolate a day is mandatory!
