It takes forever going through the missed posts that I'm interested in, possibly cos of loading times, but I've cut down to generally once a day so I guess it works out 11/2-2hrs to get through and maybe have a little chat.
I managed to cut down my addiction by borrowing loads of books, so less of a push to go online.
How have you cut down on some kind of addiction or sort of addiction?
