Now that I joined a pool, I'm looking for a water aerobics routine that I can do on my own. Just a list of activities, with or without diagrams, that I can bring along with me. I tried google-ing without success. Can anyone help?

You can google kick board routine, too. I have some stuff at home that I did (once) via google. It was too upper body intensive for me (I don't swim).
