These are supposedly all natural herbs, yada yada yada. My mother wants to start taking it after someone gave her the whole spiel, how she feels so much better, how her health improved....... Is anyone taking these Neli pills or know someone who is?

No but I know that herbal stuff isnt nec. safe. You want to lose weight; there are no magic fixes.
