Hi,
I have some weight to lose (15 lbs to get back to my wedding weight) but my biggest concern is tightening up my body (2 kids- make some huge love handles)
I bought an elliptical and have been excercising for a week now. I am not changing the way I eat.
How long till I should see some results?
I'm on it 1/2 hour every day but I'm working on upping it to about 45 minutes.

I think you need to add in some other stuff for the arms and abs if you want to tone all over.

The eliptical is great because it works every body part. Make sure you use the moving handles not holding to the one that thing doesn't move. Also work up the intensity-going up levels as you are moving. After a month I felt and saw a difference.

Within a few weeks you should see a difference, you'll lose weight and look more toned.

I had great results on the elliptical- it helped me lose those last stubborn 15. I worked out 45-60 minutes a day, about 4-5 days a week, and really pushed myself to up the resistance. I saw results within a few weeks- lost weight, toned, and in MUCH better shape (my heart rate didnt go up as much, and I wasnt huffing and puffing the whole time).

For the people who saw results was it just the elliptical that u were doing or was it diet as well?
