My 6 year old currently has a burst ear drum, shes on medication & has ear drops too. I noticed that she can not really hear anything thats not really loud. She's complaining that every1 is talking really quiet... Is that a concern or a normal thing when the ear drum bursts?

Ask her doctor, but I would think she has fluid in her ears that is causing the puntured ear drum and the hearing loss.

When I had a burst ear drum recently I lost hearing in that ear for a few days...it eventually got back to normal baruch Hashem. I wouldn't be worried but you can call her doctor anyway for reassurance.
