Found an uncooked package of pickled corned beef in the back of the freezer dated July 1, 2010.
Should I still use it?

Should be fine as long as its been solidly frozen the whole time.

If you have a good freezer and it wasn't frozen and defrosted and refrozen it should be perfectly fine.
