I just made a pureed zucchini soup and I apparently added too much water. what can I do now that its already cooked to thicken it up??

What about cornstarch? Mix a spoon of it with some water and then mix it into the soup.

Or farina, instant oatmeal (either ground up in a blender to a fine powder, or as is), or even baby cereal!!

If you're watching your weight, skip the starches and add pureed veggies , a can of cooked pumpkin, crushed tomatoes or tomato paste.
