I'm not sure exactly how this happened, but my dd managed to tangle her slinky toy with my window blinds, the part that pulls it up and down. I tried winding it backwards, to get it out but they are so meshed with each other it seems impossible to get it out unless I cut the strings. (my shade has remained partially opened for the past few months because of this. at least its a downstairs window and not a bedroom!)
any advice how I can do this without cutting the string?
