If he is located in Yerushalayim, then Im pretty sure Ive had a few friends who used him and were happy with him.

Never heard of hom. But most mohels in ny are good, don't think anyone would want to have that job if they don't know what they are doing

I know his family (though not him personally). I've heard he is wonderful. Two of my siblings used his brother R' Chaim for their sons' brissim.
