I am very excited. I am in my mid forties and I have never been outside of North America. I never thought it would happen, but I have been asked by my employer to travel to Joburg (first class airfare- 4 star hotels- food, taxi or car rental- all free!!!!) for 2 weeks. I am soo excited!!
Can anyone who lives there or has been there tell me where and how to get kosher food? Where would be the least expensive place to go for a safari type day trip? Anything else I should know?

TIA | Hi there. First of all my husband is from Joburg so I can tell you a few things.
I dont know where exactly to get kosher food, but when my husband comes home later, I will ask him.
I do know about a wonderful safari, but I believe that it is more than a day trip. There is a spot call sun city. It is a casino hotel, with a water park and a game reserve. Here is the link to the whole thing: http://www.uyaphi.com/sun-city/safari.htm
