Im making cheese and potato pergoies for dinner, and I need some side dish ideas.
Any ideas?

quinoa salad
feta cheese salad
caesar cheese salad
steamed green beans, or broccoli, or roasted zucchini

cheese and potato pirogues have good starch content and on rich side, so I'd pair with something light with vegetables and colourful. How about
- broccoli or greenbeans with fried garlic or dressed with sesame-soy dressing
- israeli salad
- carrot salad
- beetroot salad (potatoes and beetroot go very nicely)
- green leafy salad
- bean salad (esp if you feel you need another protein source)
- ceasar salad
- roasted/grilled vegetables (roasted red/yellow peppers, zucchini, eggplants, purple onions)

we are having pirogiues for dinner tonight as well. We serve it usually with a fish dish

Fresh green salad is generally enough... I serve my peirogies with sauteed mushrooms and onions and sour cream.

I buy my perogies and saute them in a tiny bit of olive oil and right b4 serving add lots of minced garlic and basil and let them saute for another 2 minutes. so yummy!
