For starters I use only ww noodles or brown rice noodles for everything like meatballs and speghetti, ziti, breaded noodles......
Steamed veggies or veggie kugals are good. I baked breaded califlower in the oven yesterday and twas a big hit.
Sweet potato fries baked is good and healthy.

saute'd cabbage with cauliflower is delicous & nutritous!! I make it pretty often, add spices salt and sugar.
I also use my grill alot and cut out on the frying part.
