ISO pareve "cream cheese" frosting recipe

I bought a tub of Tofutti pareve "cream cheese" and thought it would make a good frosting for the spice cake I'm going to make for Chanukkah. Anyone done this?

(Other ingredients I have at home that could go in if needed are powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla extract, powdered coconut, plain soy milk)
