I know this sounds weird but I have discovered young adult fantasy books. I stopped going to the library or reading non jewish books b/c I got so sick of the shmutz. But then when I was home over the summer I started reading some of my 12 and 14 year old siblings books. They are kind of take offs on Harry Potter. The 2 series I can think of are Inkheard and Magyk. They are definitely not adult books - but an entertaing read and squeaky clean.
