Depends what you are looking for in a camp. All have good reputations. Camp shalom is a much bigger camp, both physically (especially now that it is moving to ma tovs old campus), and camper wise, as it goes up to 8th grade. It is also a commute. The other two are smaller and local. Chabad is really just for younger kids, kef is expanding its ages this year. I have friends who send to all 3, and are happy at them all.
