Where can I find linen sets with quilt covers, online, for a normal price?

I'm not sure what you consider a normal price, but Lands End has some sets, pretty reasonable when they go on sale. For example this one.

You can buy at ikea. They have sets with quilt cover pillowcases, then they have sheets separately or you can buy just plain sheets somewhere else.

If you can sew a straight seam it is really not to difficult to make your own quilt covers, should you find a good sale on flat sheets. You can either use a zipper, velcro or buttons to close up the end, or leave it open with an overlap, like a pillow sham. The trick is to make the duvet cover just slightly smaller than the duvet.

I recommend that you don't buy IKEA linen (and I'm usually a big IKEA fan) without feeling it. Someone gave us an IKEA crib set as a gift and it was SO scratchy that I use it only in big emergencies. And that was BABY linen.
