I used to have really nice legs, but since my last pregnancy my calves are so big! I lost all my pregnancy weight, so it's not that. Is there any excersize or something I can do? I really hate the way they look now Sad

To change your body you have to work really hard.

This year, when I committed to 10 gym classes a week, and eating really clean, was the only time I started to see a real difference.

If you mean water from pregnancy, my baby is 5 months old so I highly doubt it.
I like my body alot bh, just my legs are bothering me now. I'm willing to do excersize, I just don't know what excersises to do. I DON'T want to build muscle, I want to burn the fat.

If you're on bc, it can still be water like Ruchel said.
