Where can I get cute (cheap) containers for purim in J-lem? I would like to spend 2-4 shekel on each- I would rather spend more money on the contents.
Some stores sell for expensive, but I hear some discount stores have great stuff as well.

There's a Purim "shuk" for stuff at Rav Shefa...I got cardboard/bristol "baskets" for 2NIS a piece.

I found small canvas bags at the shekel store in Talpiot. (under the AACI building, next door to Rav Kat, opposite the upper parking lot of Supersol Deal)
Now what I am putting in them - I am not sure. Now the wedding and SB shabbat are over I suppose I should think about Purim

I'm going to shmuel hanavi today, I'll let you know if I find anything. Last year we got good stuff there, but we got bags not containers. I'm looking in that same price range for containers so I'll let you know.

I guess it depends what you're looking for. I wanted clear plastic containers with a lid attached (kind of what a salad at a restaurant would come in but a bit nicer) and I found cheap ones at that brooklyn store on Shmuel Hanavi. They had a great selection of stuff, but if you want containers with a pattern or something then everything there was more than 4 shekels each from what I saw in the different stores.
