I have an online store selling ketubot with different texts, reform to orthodox. I have never really felt comfortable selling the reform ones, etc. but have done it anyway.
I don't get much traffic to the site, but it is a beautiful site, beautiful art.
someone now is requesting her own text as she is marrying a non jewish guy.
should I help her? it would mean that I would have to find a hebrew calligrapher who would write this type of thing in hebrew.

My first reaction "no"
There is no marriage between a Jew and non-Jew.
Therefore there can be no ktuba. For Reform at least - you can maybe assume that both parties are Jewish.
Here there is no pretence.
So IMHO - just tell here that there is no such thing as a ktuba for intermarriage. It is impossible.

Of course not! Can't believe it's even a question! BTW, did you ever ask a rav whether its OK to sell the rteform ones? Why don't you ask a shaila about selling things like this?

I will ask a rabbi.
if he says that I should not, how do I tell her?

one of the options is to sell her a blank ketubah and tell her to bring it to a calligrapher to fill in a neutral text, she wants hebrew and english.

I admire you for knowing when it's important to ask.
I would simply pass the buck and explain that in all religious matters I defer to my rabbi, and he's advised me not to write this kind of ketuba in keeping with my religious principles
